Inertia - Fragments / Anxiety UK 1994 12" Single; Juice Box: JBOX 19 [Juice Box company sleeve] Credits: Written and produced by Inertia. Recorded '93 at the Machine Room, Manchester. Inertia is a pseudonym for Gerald. Label says JBOX 18, but inner groove states JBOX 19. Inertia was initially used by Gerald to release records when still under CBS/Sony contract - an early Detroit compilation album, 'Panic In Detroit' featured the track 'Satisfaction'. The track on this EP, 'Anxiety' later appeared under Gerald's guise on SSR's 'The Deepest Side Of Techno' compilation album, and later on the 'Cryogenix' CD. "This track was part of a project called Emotions which I did in 93. @ this time, I was seriously scrutinising the music I was making and the behavioural patterns sounds had: using an oscilloscope for this purpose."
