Event 013...after the fantastic sold out party in 2021, A Guy Called Gerald's returns under the wooden beams on Ramsgate Music Hall on Friday 11th November.

This is a guy who just doesn't quit at being at the top of his game. His output is consistent and excellent. His DJ sets are a real journey through 30 years of the best electronic music. Those who came before will know and for those who missed out, get those tickets quick!

A Guy Called Gerald is UK Dance Music royalty.

He kick started Europe’s Acid House frenzy releasing the first UK acid house record, the ’88 classic ‘Voodoo Ray’.

As part of seminal group 808 State he was responsible for the club classic ‘Pacific State’.

And with 'Black Secret Technology' he charted a new course for Jungle, an album frequently cited as the best in the genre (FACT puts it at the 4th best album of the '90s full stop).

He is one of dance music's most unassuming heroes (DJ Mag) and we're thrilled to bring him to DEYA to perform Live In Session. These shows see Gerald using a vast patchwork of past, present and future sounds, experimenting effortlessly between early acid house through abstract tech breaks into dreamscapes of futuristic oscillations.

Sensor Festival brings a massive 3-day lineup to an open-air at an abandoned giant space telescope located at Mount Aragats in Armenia.

The breathtaking location at the altitude of 1711 meters is within an hour's drive from Armenia's capital, Yerevan. The colossal 54-meter telescope built in the era of sci-fi romanticism is named after Paris Herouni, Armenian radio-physicist and engineer, who led its construction in the early 80s.

Four festival stages will be built on-site equipped with top-tier sound systems. There will be a choice of camping options offered as well as a scheduled transportation from Yerevan during the event.

Sensor encourages everyone to do their own research on Armenia, as the country is a hidden gem that has so much to offer to travelers of all interests and budgets.

On Saturday 14th May at The Mash House, we are delighted to bring you the 10th birthday celebrations of Scotland's soundest midweek shindig, Hectors.

Headlining the party is an artist who has been a purveyor of the good times to people in the scene for over 30 years. A real trailblazer for dance music - the one and only, A Guy Called Gerald!!!

House and techno innovator, Gerald Simpson, has found a successful voice in a wide variety of different genres. Starting with Chicago house and moving through Detroit techno, acid house, electro, hardcore techno, and drum'n'bass, Gerald's been an influential contributor to most of recent dance music's most important stopping points. Clearly a paragraph doesn’t do Gerald justice and you have to seize such an opportunity to see Gerald play a very rare Scottish appearance 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A Guy Called Gerald will play a one-off classics set (he is the man behind the likes of seminal records Voodoo Ray and Pacific State after all). Gerald hasn’t played a club in Edinburgh in over 15 years (he did play for our friends at The Syndicate at 99 Hanover back in 2014), so this is a real coup for us ㋡

Get ready for some of the best jungle you've ever heard as A Guy Called Gerald and his machines headline Colour Factory.

We’re back! After a perfect start to our event series in October 2021, on the 2nd April 2022 we return to the fantastic Colour Factory for another celebration of dance music & our community.

Since we’ve been gone, Colour Factory has gone from strength to strength; with a diverse program really pushing the boundaries in London’s nightlife, featuring some of the coldest DJs, artists & collectives in today’s scene, we are proud to return to the east London dancefloor.

This time, we are inviting a real inspiration in the B.A.D. office - A Guy Called Gerald. Gerald will bring is world-renowned live setup for an extended journey into the mind of someone who truly lives and breathes music. Since our conversation with him on our Voices podcast last year, we knew we had to make this happen; and we couldn’t be more excited now it will.

Talking of inspirations… we are honoured to invite another pioneer of dance music; artist, DJ, producer & radio presener, DJ Flight. A foundation of drum n bass, Flight has a long and celebrated career in dance music, including shows from BBC 1XTRA to the Prison Radio Association, a multi award-winning charity which runs the world’s only national station for prisoners, and aims to reduce reoffending through the power of radio. She’s produced the acclaimed Windrush Stories podcast, and has taken her music into the art & film worlds to great acclaim. A proper polymath, coming to grace the decks, alongside MC Chickaboo.

Joining Gerald & DJ Flight is breakthrough star Sheba Q, bringing her deep, deep knowledge of jungle & clash sounds to the fore, as well as B.A.D.’s very own O.N.A, a student of breaks of all shapes and sizes, bringing the heat over from his Refuge Worldwide residency. We also have one very special guest, another artist & NTS resident deeply imbued in breaks sounds from the world over, who we will reveal in good time.

This heavyweight lineup of local Manchester talent showcases some of the best in the city's nightlife landscape. Held at the historic Victoria Baths, which will be transformed into a 1,000 person capacity rave complex for the occasion.

Red Bull Unlocked is bringing together the best of Manchester's nightlife on Saturday 26th February 2022.

The city's finest DJs, musicians, mixologists, clubs, bars and culinary creatives will come together to offer never-before-seen collaborations.

The Grade-II listed Victoria Baths will be transformed into a 1,000-capacity rave complex, with eight rooms hosting the finest local talent, from renowned names to emerging artists.

We at Analog Room are very happy to announce that our London debut party will be taking place on 15th January 2022, the date will mark the restart of our operation after 2 years of unwanted break.

Our first event in London is a very special occasion for us, this will be the record release party of the legendary UK electronic music producer; Mr. Gerald Simpson, better known as A Guy Called Gerald. This is Gerald’s first solo EP in 5 years. Britain’s Dirty Little Secret EP includes 4 solid original cuts by AGCG that lands on our imprint ‘ Moozike Analog Room”. At this event, you can be amongst the very first people who get their hands on this vinyl exclusive extended play.

Our venue for this special occasion couldn't be any better, Colour Factory in the heart of Hackney Wick, London, is the perfect fit for the "#MAR002 - Britain's Dirty Little Secret" record release party!

Siamak Amidi (DJ Set) / Analog Room co-founder and longtime resident artist is known for his diverse and unique take on electronic dance music, expect a blend of new and old cutting-edge house & techno music with a psychedelic twist!

Loa Szala (DJ Set) / the talented London-based, Polish DJ has a reputation for blending genres from across the musical spectrum, with a focus on house and techno and an undisputed love for the craft of mixing.
