Some great remixes of classic New Order tunes, remixed by 808 State (Graham Massey, Gerald Simpson and Martin Price), back in 1988, and played at the "So Hot" night of the Hacienda.

Not really intended for release, this gem comes to us courtesy of Rephlex records (home to Aphex Twin), and was unearthed by Graham Massey recently (in 2004).

Though this EP appears to be a New Order release, it was produced by the efforts of 808 State and Rephlex Records. These are acid house style covers rather than remixes. The "1988" on the EP cover refers to the early 808 State team of Graham Massey, Gerald Simpson, and Martin Price.
