Subject: Treecopy and FS Error 46

I like Treecopy! I've only just discovered it. I know it's been mentioned
on here many times, but I've always used Dircopy, Logcopy or Copyfiles
for any bulk file transfers in the past.

It's the only logical copier I've seen which can read files into RAM beyond
the directory being copied. All the others have to stop when a directory
has been read and go to the destination drive and create the directory
and then come back to do some more reading. Treecopy can read the
whole structure and replicate it after everything has been read into
RAM. And it can recover from errors!

Anyway, getting to the point...

It doesn't seem to like Level 3 FS (or my setup, which is Treecopy
running on ARM7 co-pro, Level 3 running on Master Turbo with ADFS
1.53 and compact flash drive).

I was doing the Technomatic again last night and it read the whole
disc into RAM then it starting writing and before it did anything it
said "FS Error 46", which according to the Econet Design & Installation
Guide is an error related to access attributes.

If I put "Skip", it asked me again and after skipping the second time,
the file server crashed. It did this a couple of times when I retried the
process.

Is there a fix for this?

Best wishes,

Ian
