Fixed:	default refresh rate mistakenly 75Hz

BUG:	Other double density bugs remain:
		Opus CHALLENGER double density mode doesn't work.
		Opus DDOS requires *DENSITY DOUBLE to be specified before
		using DD discs. (Emulation bug.)
