The late 600 Ericsson's being produced have Tampered software which will display Tampered after using the MC-600 key. This problem is with the software version 9810 (Oct98) onwards on Models 628 and 9811 software on models 768. All 1999 manufactured Phones have this Problem too.
The 300 series has no problems.
