We recognise that even the largest on-line images cannot convey the full impact of the paintings displayed here; however, we are confident that our customers will be pleased by the high quality of the original artworks. Nevertheless, we offer our customers the opportunity to Return paintings if they are not completely satisfied.

Please complete the boxes shown below, and review your input to ensure that the information you have given is correct.

Please note:

1. If you decide to return the painting you have purchased, you have 5 days from receipt, to ship it back to Art Arena.
2. You are responsible to ensure that the painting is properly packaged for shipment and for the return shipping costs.
   There are several companies that specialise in the shipment of fine arts, and we recommend that you use one of them.
3. Once Art Arena has received the painting, and ensured that it has been returned undamaged and in a satisfactory condition, your full payment will be mailed to you by cheque, or recredited to your Credit Card Account, less a 5% handling fee and the original cost of shipping the painting to you.

Unfortunately, should the painting/print be returned damaged you will be responsible for the cost of its repair/replacement.

We recommend that you print out this form just before submitting your request.

We will E-Mail you with a confirmation that we have received your Request to Return.
