INSPIRAL CARPETS and 808 State have covered his songs, he's appeared on Wogan with Tears For Fears, and he used to bash a broken guitar and paint primitive wall designs regularly on The Tube. You might know eccentric weird beard EDWARD BARTON for his musical creations, now you're about to discover his attempt to become a one man T-shirt industry.

Parodying the popular designs of James, the lnspirals, Stone Roses and Happy Mondays, Ed's collection has been received mainly with sneaking respect as well as the odd leg-breaking threat. All the shirts here are available for £15 from Wooden Records, 25 Charles Barry Crescent, Hulme, Manchester, M15. Cheques payable to Barton himself.
