     I have enclosed my comments on the final PER recommendations for
     the City of Sheffield District Council periodic electoral review.
     I have enclosed extract maps illustrating the areas where I
     recommend changes from the final report. These maps are based on
     the maps supplied with the final PER report.
     
     I general, the report makes as good a set of recommendations as
     can fit Sheffield with the current population and legislation
     constraints. I have limited myself to making the following three
     recommendations:
     
     1: Align Walkley/Hillsborough boundary along Holme Lane,
     Bradfield Road and Owlerton Green.
     
     2: Minor adjustments to exact track of boundaries in vicinity of
     Crookes Sports Ground, Endcliffe Park and Derbyshire Lane.
     
     3: New ward names of "City Centre" and "Manor & Castle".
