In a recent article in Micro-Systems the Public Domain writer mentioned
something about NYACC documentation which some of us could not relate to a
publisher or other source.  Doe anyone have any ideas about what Chris Terry 
was talking about?  May have misspelled Chir's name.  Soryy.
