There are now two files again (second derived from the first):

MC:CPM;BBSNOS BYNAME - by name of BBS
MC:CPM;BBSNOS BYAREA - by area code, then exchange, etc.

Thanks to GZ for the EMACS utility to make the 15-second conversion
possible.
