Subject: XFER

Still got some issues here.
Running xfer 51 (in a dos type window on win2000) will run. typing  xfer/bbc 
will give me the instrucions about running xfer-1 to transfer xfer.bas  to the 
BBC but typing xfer-1 i get the "xfer-1 is not recognised as an internal  or 
external command, operable program or batch file" message.
 
becomming somewhat frustrating. Am i missing the obvious, do i have  problems 
or maby is there a more reliable alternative to xfer for seriel cable  
transfer?
