The fact that *MOUNT 0 goes to the floppy drive suggests that the Host 
Adapter is not being 'seen' by the BEEB.

See if you can write and read to the registers at &FC40 - &FC47.  If 
not check the cable to the 1 MHz bus and use a known working Host 
Adapter from one of your other Winchester setups.
