I have waited some time, but the Package #3 of the four has still not
arrived. I would much prefer to track it down than make a claim.

 

Do you know how we could go about this??

Sorry for delay in replying - just moved house and only back on line this
evening.

 

That is annoying about part 3/4 not arriving. I guess if they said it could
take up to 8 weeks we should give it a couple more weeks to see if the rogue
part turns up ... but you would have thought all parts would have stayed
together!

 

I don't have a tracking number but have the certificate of posting to make a
claim if necessary.

 

Let me know what happens
