DNFS contains DFS for the 8271, the B+ uses the 1770 controller.
You need a version 2/B+ DFS such as DFS 2.10.

If you are implying that DFS does not work with floppies, that is
because you are using the wrong DFS.

Any second processor would be "recognised" regardless of what
filing system(s) you have available. Whether you can access
/files/ is another matter.

I'm not sure about the B+ and second processors. With the BBC B,
the Tube code is contained in the (8271) DNFS ROM. On the Master
series the Tube code is in the MOS. The DNFS is unsuitable for the
B+ (wrong floppy controller), so where does one get the Tube code
from? I suppose you would need the DNFS ROM just for the Tube code
(the 8271 DFS disables itself when it can't find an 8271
controller), but you still need a 1770 DFS. Does anybody know if
DFS 2.10 contains the Tube code?

The only problem is with trying to use ADFS with a *32016* second
processor, not any other second processor. I have used ADFS on
1770 BBC Bs with 6502 and Z80 second processors with no problem.

Booting, as in loading files fom disk and executing them? Or
booting, as it it powers up and allows you to interact with it?
