Aha, yep - I asked over on classiccmp yesterday and got pointed to that lot :)
  I haven't looked at the SCSI-2 one yet; it's a shame that the SCSI-1 copy is
a plain-text file and so lacks all the timing diagrams :(  Still, better than
nothing!

Time for some light reading...
