Sell them in a multiple-item Buy It Now auction then - that way everyone
pays
the same price. Or a Dutch auction even - then the items sell for the
lowest
successful bid, i.e.:

5 items available

Bidder A bids £10 for four items
Bidder B bids £20 for two items
A now has three items confirmed, and B has two -- if the auction ends
now,
both will pay £10 each for their items

Bidder C bids £25 for one item
A now has two items, B has two, and C has one -- all will pay £10
each

Bidder A increases their bid to £30
A now has four items, B has none, and C has two -- all will pay £25
each

Problem is, it's a bit confusing unless you've watched it happening -
I'm not
100% sure I've got it completely right...
