Ah, well, I don't have real acorn fitting instructions or actual acorn
jumpers, it was just the only 1770 fitting guide I could find online

Could the drive 0 works, attempts to access drive 1 cause both drives
to be accessed problem be a dodgy TTL chip or anything? I've never
seen this machine working with any controller, I just thought I'd
leave well alone on the 8271 machine I have that's working and use
this one... any prods in the right direction for which chips to
test/replace would be appreciated..
