Tube Client OS should pass back A unchanged. OSGBPB returns A=&00

When writing HADFS I found so much documentation was actually
wrong in cruicial subtle details. Particularly error-prone is the
New Advanced User Guide and anything written by Watford
Electronics.
I tested every filing system I could detailing exactly what each
call /really/ did before implementing the calls correctly on
HADFS.
