Subject: AKF-12  video connector pinout

Anyone have the video connector pinout for the AKF12 display handy? I want to
make up a lead between one and the System Teletext video board as the ropey
old B+W display that I'm currently using is driving me nuts :-)

(ISTR there's something odd about the AKF12 - but I've got a feeling it's that
not all of them have the circuitry for composite video, which isn't relevant
in this case)
