FC60 was the space set aside for another ACIA, not specifically a 2681 or a
6850 and not specifically in the Electron.

Other vendors would be perfectly able to use (eg) a 16550 on the Electron at
FC60, but they'd need to supply their own driver software since only the
2681 was supported by default.

Fortunately as it's a 1MHz bus device it's unlikely to clash with the
Electron!
