I can't quite make out what you're saying there.

Just because many people put rubbish within .info doesn't mean
that proper domains shouldn't be properly named within it. After
all, most of .com is a junk yard full of rubbish content and
inappropriately named domains.
.info is the correct TLD for informational resources.
