Does anyone know if it should be possible to play ordinary Laserdiscs on
the BBC Domesday Player,
the VP-415?  I got hold of a couple of laserdiscs recently, containing
the Laservision logo as
appears on the drive door of the VP-415 but when I play then, I get pictures
but no sound.  It is
not the Laserdisc Player as it plays both of the Domesday Discs with sound
and pictures.
