Subject: Econet - Tantalum Capacitors

Hi All,

Not being an electronics expert I wonder if somebody can help me out. As 
part of the Econet upgrade a 10uF 10V capacitor is used. Is it true to 
say that a 10uF 16V capacitor can be used in it's place as the voltage 
rating is the breakdown voltage?
