What I'm trying to work out is whether I can treat an MMC card just
like a hard drive under ADFS. Assuming I don't want to save any 'disc
images', can I just shove lots of misc files on it up to a total of
512MB or whatever, or do I have to pre-arrange them into disc image
groups in order to save them. (I'm a bit confused about the disc image
aspect - I'm really just looking for a wide open data silo - just like
a conventional hard drive.)

Why won't it work in the ashtray though? Surely it's just another rom
socket, electrically, and if a specific socket number is hard-wired
into the code then couldn't the extension IDC cable just be plugged in
accordingly?

Thanks for your responses,
