No - though there was a "HIBASIC" which ran at a higher address and the
latest Master MOS had relocation stuff included, but standard BASIC II
should be fine.

DNFS usually - the choice isn't that odd when you consider it was needed for
Level 3 FS. It was also "stuffed" into other things, usually filing systems.
