Subject: Master Battery and CMOS

I have noticed a plethora of emails about a ?BBC or more likely Master
128 with battery backup problems followed by the usual CMOS problems.

Rather than waffle on here for ages, could I point you towards

the top of this 'example articles from 8BS magazines' page is some info
that I have just placed there.

It is the info that I send with replacement battery holders  that I
knock up for Masters. Further down the article is a bit of info about
fixing the many problems that I have discovered people find.
