I was totally bowled over by the unbelievable service that I received through your site. I ordered a DVD player off your website yesterday and this afternoon the DVD player arrived at my door - Top marks for customer service. Another thing that really impressed me about your site was the fact that if the site says an item is in stock it really is. Another thing that I thought was brilliant was the fact that you didn't clutter my email inbox with heaps of irrelevant email ie processing order now, nearly dispatched, almost there, not quite sent yet etc etc. that I have got from other websites in the past. Brilliant stuff, keep up the good work and I would not hesitate to order from you again and will be recommending you to all my friends. I have been looking for a multi region dvd player for weeks and my friend gave me
the mutiregionmagic web address ,i phoned and spoke to a very helpful member of
staff that answered all of my questions concerning the player i wanted ,i live
in Hinckley in Leicestershire so Peterborough is about 50 miles from me but
i jumped in the car right after the phone conversation and went to pick up my
dvd player, even while i was in the shop the staff could not be more
helpful, i will be passing there address and telephone number on to family and friends

Tech!!!!!!! ,they could not be bothered if I brought one from them or

Upgrade for my Sony 735, it was picked up Monday afternoon and delivered
back to me Wednesday morning. A fantastic job has been done in less than
48 hours (Tech******* quoted me 2 weeks and a lot more expense), it does
everything you said it would. Now that is what I call service !! Regards
