Junior

Mission: To promote and manage Junior and Youth sailing at the Club

Responsibilities:

	To develop a programme of junior and youth training at the Club
	To develop and maintain junior and youth racing
	To arrange training of adult members as instructors
	To organise 'off-water' events for junior and youth members
	To purchase boats and equipment for the Junior & Youth Squads
	To ensure the safety of its activities

Membership: To be drawn from the parents and organisers (one member of this committee to sit on Council and one on the General Purposes Committee)
