Mission: To maintain the infrastructure of the Club to the highest possible standards

Responsibilities

Purchase and maintenance of all the Club's powerboats
Purchase and maintenance of Club vehicles and trailers
Purchase and maintenance of Club radios and any required licences
Maintenance of Club sailing craft, including Junior Flotilla
Purchase and maintenance of pontoons and jetties
Purchase and maintenance of marks and moorings
Maintenance of beach, roadways (non Thames Water) and boat-park
To ensure the safety of its activities

Membership: Flag Officer, 4 members (named roles?), Harbourmaster/Bosun (ex officio)
