Raspberry Pip4

Here are some pictures of the result:

The lid is easy to remove and everything fits without squeezing.

I run RISC OS.

• The case is a cheap aluminium case for a USB 2 1/2 inch drive. It is simple to file the necessary openings.
• The HDMI connection is the flexible inside of a 180 degree adaptor to the usual micro adaptor with outside plastic cut off.
• The micro-USB connector is a widely available breakout board.
• The Pi is stuck to base with small double-sided sticky pads. I used No-More-Nails removable. The position is such that the micro-SD card just aligns with the edge of the case and can be remoed with a thumbnail.
• The super-capacitors at the right are to supply current when the Lapdock lid is closed and momentarily switches off.
• The circuit board on top on the right is a real-time clock from CJEMicro's.
• The GPIO pins have been removed and a right-angle header for the RTC replaced.
• There is an on/off switch and a reset button on the left that use existing openings slightly enlarged..
