Suddenly
a sweet smell
Lightened my heart
With a pleasant air:
But
I was not in a flower garden
In full bloom,
And it was not springtime:
Then
I heard my soul whisper,
As if saying:
"Surely the one
who
knows your sorrows
Was
passing
Through the dark corridors
of
your memory."
