Description |
A romantic, stylised and intricate depiction of "Summer" in Japanese style. Decorative detail has been added in gold, copper and silver acrylic relief paint. "A beautiful maiden surrounded by the exuberance of Summer. A persimmon tree with its colourful fruit embellishes the background and a lovebird is perched happily on the maiden's hand. The vibrant colours, the ornaments in the maiden's hair, and the decoration on her dress all reflect the feel of the season." Mixed media |
