Description & Medium	The Japanese are a people sensitive to the changes in every season, finding delicacy and beauty in the transition from one season to another. This is the first in a series of paintings based on the theme of Nature and the Seasons. This beautiful "geiko" represents 'Blossom'. Golden blossoms cover the background and merge with the geiko's dress, which is also embellished with stylised blossoms. Katy has used relief paints in a unique way to add a new dimension to this painting. Mixed Media
